- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.

- Initiate Return: Contact our customer service by email within 30 days after the items are delivered. - Customer return the items: After receiving the return address sent from our support team, customers need to pack the items in original packing and sent it back. Customers should use a trackable shipping service, then send us the tracking number to guarantee that we can receive the returned items.
- Process refund: After we receive the returned items, we’ll process refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, Paypal or original method of payment. You will receive a refund confirmation email once the refund is issued.
Who is responsible for the return/exchange shipping cost?
- Under the circumstance that product is defective, or items damaged during transportation, or wrong items sent, or items faulty manufacturing, or items broken after use, we provide a full refund. And we will bear the return/exchange shipping fees.
- If the return/exchange is due to items do not fit well, the customer needs to pay for the return/exchange shipping costs, which will not be refunded.

When can I get refunds?
