1. What payment method does FashionShoesHouse Accept?
fashionshoeshouse.com accept PayPal.
2. When will my PayPal be charged?
Once you confirm the order and complete payment on PayPal's page, you'll get charged.
3. What tax will I be charged?
fashionshoeshouse.com is required by law to declare an accurate value on all shipments. Tariff is not included in the final price on the order review page.
4. What is your return policy?
Our policy last 30 days. Please contact us by email support@fashionshoeshouse.com in 30 days since you receive the items. Please refer to details in Return Policy.
5. Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally but please note that we do not ship to Ascension Island, Colombia, India, Myanmar, Nepal, New Zealand, Tristan da Cunha, Zimbabwe, United Kingdom. And customers are responsible for the taxes or unexpected local problems.
6. What is the shipping fee?
We offer standard shipping only, the shipping cost is clearly showed on shipping policy page. Please refer to details in shipping policy. Alos you could see the shipping fee on the checkout page.
7. I just placed an order, how to track my parcel?
Once shipped, the tracking number will be updated. Please log in your account and find it out on order status page.
8. My product is damaged or defective, what do I do?
We would accept exchange or refund if confirmed meet the Return & Exchange Conditions. Please refer to details in Return Policy.
9. What if I want to cancel my order?
You can cancel it provided that the product is not yet shipped by the warehouse.
