Return & Exchange Conditions
- Please contact our customer service by email within 30 days after the items are delivered.
- We accept the returns/exchange under the following circumstances
- Damaged on arrival
- Faulty manufacturing
- Wrong product shipped
- Quality defect
- Broken after use
- Items do not fit well
- Customer dislike or no longer needing the product
- You need to send us the photos of items, so that our customer service team can have an assessment and provide further support.
- Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept items that’s worn, washed or altered.
- Items must be shipped back to the address provided by customer service, NOT the address on the original packing.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
- We do not accept returned items that are sent back by you directly without contacting us before.
Under the following circumferences, customers can get refunds without the need to return the items.
- Products never delivered
Return Process
- Initiate Return: Contact our customer service by email within 30 days after the items are delivered. Send us the order number or email address used in order, the photos of items and the reason you need to return. Then our customer service team can confirm your order info, have an assessment and provide further support.
- Customer return the items: After receiving the return address sent from our support team, customers need to pack the items in original packing and sent it back. Customers should use a trackable shipping service, then send us the tracking number to guarantee that we can receive the returned items.
- Process refund: After we receive the returned items, we’ll process refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, Paypal or original method of payment. You will receive a refund confirmation email once the refund is issued.
Who is responsible for the return/exchange shipping cost?
- Under the circumstance that product is defective, or items damaged during transportation, or wrong items sent, or items faulty manufacturing, or items broken after use, we provide a full refund. And we will bear the return/exchange shipping fees.
- If the return/exchange is due to customer dislike or no longer needing the product, or items do not fit well, the customer needs to pay for the return/exchange shipping costs, which will not be refunded.
*Return shipping cost means the shipping cost incurred when the customer sends items back to us. Exchange shipping cost means the shipping fee we need to pay when sending out a replacement to customers.
When can I get refunds?
After we receive the return items, or we confirm that items never delivered, we will process the refund. PayPal refunds will be transferred immediately. Credit cards may take 10-30 business days to process. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. We can't control the processing speed of your card bank. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for understanding.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any returned item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Restocking Fee:
No restocking fee will be charged.
Return Address
Our customer support team will send you the return address after we confirm it meets the Return & Exchange Conditions.
NOTE: Items must be shipped back to the address provided by customer service, NOT the address on the original packing, that is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Cancel order

Receive your order
After your payment is processed and we receive your order request, we will send you an order confirmation email.
