We are sorry that you are not satisfied with the items you received, please contact us by email email@example.com in 30 days since you receive the items. We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipts if the items meet the following conditions. We’ll get back you in 48 hours after receiving your email.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- You have 30 days to checked if the items have quality defect. Please contact our customer service by email in 30 days since you receive the items.
- You need to send us the photos of items, so that our customer service team can have an assessment and provide further support.
Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We do not accept items that’s worn, washed or altered.
- We accept the returns only under the conditions that the product has major quality defect, or items do not fit well.
- Items must be shipped back to the address provided by customer service, NOT the address on the original packing.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost. You will need to return the item to our warehouse in China with tracking number.
- We do not accept returned items that are sent back by you directly without contacting us before.
